Buck-A-Month
If you are an employee of WCCUSD, you can join the Buck-A-Month club. How it works: you designate any amount (a minimum of $1 per month) that will be automatically deducted from your paycheck before taxes. This is an easy and inexpensive way to support our teacher grants and other programs.
United Way and Other Workplace Campaigns
Many corporations and government agencies conduct annual United Way or other workplace campaigns to raise money for local charities. You may elect to designate your donation to the West Contra Costa Public Education Fund. We would be happy to send an Ed. Fund representative to your office to discuss the impact contributions to The Ed. Fund have on West County public school students and teachers. For more information, please call 510-233-1464.

* Contact your Human Resources department or corporate foundation to make sure your company has a matching donation policy. There is usually a limit to the amount your employer will match each year (between $500-$3000 is typical).
* If your company has a matching donation program, inquire as to what paperwork is required to make a matching donation.
* Fill out the appropriate form(s) provided by your employer and submit them to your HR department or corporate foundation for processing.
* Contact the Ed Fund if you need assistance filling out the appropriate forms.
