GRANT EVALUATION FORMS: Click the appropriate box below to obtain copies of the Grant Evaluation Forms that must be submitted for grants received in the 2006/2007 school year before new grants may be applied for.  The deadline to submit late Grant Evaluation Forms is Friday, October 5, 2007.

ADDITIONAL FUNDING SOURCES FOR CLASSROOM GRANTS

In addition to applying for The Ed. Fund mini-grants and school-wide grants in the Fall, The Ed. Fund encourages District teachers to submit grant applications for specific projects to the following additional funding sources that require very simple on-line applications and have no specific deadlines:

• The East Bay Community Foundation Mini-Grants (Maximum grant $500)
  
• Donors Choose Grants (Recommended Request $400): Come up with a brilliant idea to spur student learning, register on-line and draft a 400-word project description in which you request materials and explain how your students will use the materials to complete the project. Once your proposal is approved, Donors Choose will post your project on its website where donors can provide funds to support that project. When your project is funded, Donors Choose will purchase the materials requested and ship them to you at your school.
