Each year, The Ed. Fund recognizes the dedication and contributions of teachers, staff, and volunteers who work in West County public schools and who made a significant impact in students' lives. This year, awardees will be acknowledged at our 22nd Annual Excellence in Education Banquet in May, 2010.
Who to Nominate
• Any certificated teacher, non-certificated staff, or citizen who has significantly enhanced the ability of students in the West Contra Costa District to achieve excellence.
Who can Nominate
• Any community member.

• Teaching Excellence Award Nomination Form
• Distinguished Non-Certificated Employee Nomination Form
• Distinguished Citizen Nomination Form
• Fax, mail, or email or your nomination to The Ed. Fund no later than January 22, 2010.
• Late nominations will not be considered.
What to include in your Nomination
• Printed Name of Nominee
• Reasons for the nomination.
• Reasons may include:
• Evidence of the results of their efforts
• Commitments - over and above their position or occupation
• Characteristics that inspire you and others
• Your name, address, phone number and e-mail (if you have one)
• Your signature.
